Schedule for School?

You may be curious about the school schedule everyday as a high school students in Canada.

If you are a student in Toronto under the Toronto District Study Board, then you will get a timetable like this everyday:

	Day 1	Day 2
9:00-10:20	Block A	Block B
10:25-11:40	Block B	Block A
11:40-12:40	lunch break	lunch break
12:40-1:55	Block C	Block C
1:55-3:50	Block D	Block D

Which schedule you have is depended on the date.

For example, if today is January 3th, then because the number of the date 3 is an odd number, then people should have their day 1 schedule. And then the next day they will have day 2 schedule.

Be careful when you come to any 31th day in a month!

Because you are going to have the same day one schedule for two days in a row.

That’s the basic schedule everyday at schools under TDSB.

However, there are some special cases when you have a late start day or an assembly day.

For every late start day, the schedule will be like this:

	Day 1	Day2
9:55-10:55	Block A	Block B
11:00-12:00	Block B	Block A
12:00-1:05	Lunch break	Lunch Break
1:05-2:10	Block C	Block D
2:15-3:15	Block D	Block C
